Traditional Medicinals Organic Licorice Root Tea

Recommended use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints, such as coughs and bronchitis.

Recommended dose: Adults and adolescents 14 years and older: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) 2-4 times daily. Adolescents 10-14 years: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) 1-3 times daily. Children 5-9 years: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) 1-2 times daily. Children 4-5 years: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) 1/2-1 times daily.

Directions for use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
