Recommended use: Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a galactagogue to help promote lactation in breastfeeding women.

Directions of Use: Breastfeeding women: Pour 250 mL of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Drink 1 cup 3-5 times daily.
